We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with exceptional Power BI and PowerApps skills to join our team and drive data-driven decision-making processes.

Role Overview:

As a Business Analyst at Raksha IT, you will play a pivotal role in analysing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Your expertise in Power BI, PowerApps, and data analysis will be essential in transforming complex data into actionable insights and automating workflows to streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis and Reporting:
  – Gather, analyse, and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights.
  – Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support business decision-making.
  – Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to inform strategic initiatives.

2. PowerApps Development and Automation:
  – Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using PowerApps to automate business processes and improve efficiency.
  – Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective PowerApps solutions.
  – Integrate PowerApps with other systems and data sources to ensure seamless workflow automation.

3. Business Process Improvement:
  – Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  – Develop and implement process optimisation strategies that align with business goals.
  – Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and drive process improvement initiatives.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration:
  – Work closely with Clients’ cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, Operations, and Marketing, to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
  – Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.
  – Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI and PowerApps solutions.

5. Data Governance and Quality:
  – Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reports and applications.
  – Establish and enforce data governance policies and best practices.
  – Continuously monitor and enhance data quality processes.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
– Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
– Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and creating complex reports and dashboards.
– Strong experience with PowerApps, including app development, customisation, and integration.
– Advanced skills in SQL and data manipulation.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
– Project management experience is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

– Master’s degree in a related field.
– Experience with other Microsoft Power Platform tools, such as Power Automate.
– Knowledge of additional data visualisation tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
